Motrac MAN City Distribution Event and staff day, Almere
The City Distribution Event was organised by MAN and Motrac in June 2010. At this event all new developments in this field were discussed by independent professionals and both companies showed their latest innovations. Some suppliers were invited to be part of it by taking part in the promotional village.

Plus! coordinated the promotional village, which was situated outdoors. We worked with our own team of tent builders, electricians and furniture suppliers. For the demonstration outside, Plus! supplied the platform and the AV. For this show, we were the main contact for everything that happened outside, so we liaised with the client, caterer, venue and all other suppliers. We also were the single point of contact for all of the exhibitors.
The day after the event, everything had to be rebuilt for the staff day on Saturday. A large platform and screen were the centre of it all, because the Dutch football team played a World Cup match that day. Again, Plus! coordinated everything that happened outside, not only the things that our team built but also the work from other suppliers.
Both clients and Plus! can look back on two successful events now, especially because the Dutch team won!
