City Council Utrecht – major public transport project
City Council Utrecht decided to organise an information market for interested or worried citizens about a major public transport project. At the information market, citizens could find all relevant information about the project, from all parties involved.
Plus! selected the location, arranged catering, was in contact with all parties and arranged most of the information leaflets and posters. Our project manager also welcomed the guests that evening.
Despite the bad weather (heavy snow), more than 50 people found their way to the information market and were very pleased with the complete information provided.
