Plus! Event & Marketing Projects was started in 2009 by Gerbrig Reitsma Knijff. It is based in Utrecht in the Netherlands.
"After working for employers for 9 years, both in events and marketing communication, I thought it time to finally start my own business. My knowledge and experience, combined with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing Communication, are a firm base to give you the Plus! your project needs.
I am inquisitive and a fast learner, which means I am able to familiarise myself with your project and company quickly. I am also sensitive, which means I see and feel the personal dynamics within your organisation and know how to handle them. I am a real team player, who will give everyone their own role within the team, but I am not afraid to take the decisions myself.
I am also hands-on. Operationally driven, without losing track of the bigger picture or plan. No need for endless discussions; make the plan, agree on that and get to work, that's what I do!

Last but not least, something about myself. I am 34 years old and live near Utrecht, in the middle of the Netherlands. Perfect spot for both the company and myself. Never far away from anyone!
My hobbies are horse back riding (only for the fun of it) and running. The running is getting more and more serious, I even have competed in some 10k races. The challenge ahead is a half marathon in December 2010, which I will be running for a good cause.
