Plus! Event & Marketing Projects can support you on several levels.
The main activity is operational exhibition management. We can coordinate basically everything that happens on the show floor: floor planning, stand building, manual, freight forwarding, catering, aisle carpet, organisers stands / theatres etc. We are happy to coordinate with any parties you already work with, or recommend one of our partners.
When coordinating a show, Plus! also acts as the main contact for the exhibitors / standbuilders.
Plus! has experience in managing shows in Holland, Germany, Belgium, France, Italy and even Turkey. Previous experience has been gained by working for mainly English and Dutch event organisers, managing their shows all over Europe.
Plus! has its own network of suppliers and partners, mainly situated in Holland, Germany and Belgium.
We can coordinate a full show for you, but we can also manage specific parts or only work as onsite support.
One of our specialities is signage or branding. The value of this is sometimes underestimated, but it can make such an impact if you do it right. We plan, budget, produce and execute. We can work with your designer(s) or one of our designers can work with your event branding. If necessary, we can coordinate with sponsors to get all the correct logo’s, so you don't have to. It is not only banners or boards we propose – we are always on the look out for new developments, like narrow casting, digital signage etc.
Our project manager(s) are fluent in English, Dutch and German and have extensive knowledge of conference centres in Amsterdam, Utrecht, Brussels, München, Stuttgart, Berlin and others.
