We start with an introduction meeting; what are your requests, what can we offer, is there any synergy between our companies?

If the synergy is there, we will send you our first offer. If needed, preliminary designs will be included. This offer we like to discuss in a second meeting, in which we will explore mutual expectations and make sure both parties are on the same level.

Being sincere and clear means to you, as a client:

 

  • Clear description of the scope of work that Plus! does, including prior agreed expectations from both sides.
  • Quotes are fully comprehensive. What the quote includes and excludes is not in the small print but indicated clearly. Pricing is competitive.
  • The current status of the project can always be provided on request. If required, Plus! can send you a short overview of costing, hours and progress every week.
  • Agreed is agreed: This applies to appointments as well as turnaround time, finance, hours etc.
  • No excessive use of jargon; we believe in clear communication using plain English.
  • Continuity is guaranteed.
